The programme, which highlighted childhood obesity, was named outstanding reality at the glitzy ceremony in Los Angeles last night.
The TV chef, who has won global critical acclaim for his shows, was one of only a handful of Britons to shine.
Michael Sheen, Helen Mirren and Hugh Laurie all won nominations but walked away empty-handed from the awards.
