The investigation into the death of Boyzone singer Stephen Gately has closed, it was confirmed today.
The 33-year-old Highgate resident was found dead in Majorca in October last year.
His body was discovered slumped on a couch after a night spent out clubbing with his partner Andy Cowles.
A judge in Spain ruled that Stephen had died of natural causes and closed the official investigation into his death.

The post-mortem examination revealed the singer suffered pulmonary oedema, which is an accumulation of fluid on the lungs.
Boyzone announced this week that they are to release a new single featuring Stephen's vocals. Give It All Away with be released on March with an album following one week later.
