Last summer it seemed there was barely enough room for a crepe seller and a pub to operate at close quarters in Hampstead.
Relations were strained to say the least between the historic King William IV pub and popular La Creperie de Hampstead stand, wedged next to one another on Hampstead High Street, with police even visiting for a chat during their well-covered row.
However, it seems an ice cream vendor has decided this patch of land is far from overcrowded.
All Things Nice has set up shop right next to the pub – presumably with its blessing – and just a couple of metres from the creperie.
Heathman is not sure how it all works when the crepe stand’s famously long queues are also competing for pavement space – but here’s to hoping that all three can coexist peacefully.
