FOUR times as many pupils gained top grades at Hornsey School for Girls this year.
Last year five percent of girls achieved A grades - this year a fantastic 20 percent managed to scoop either and A* or A grade.
There was a 100 percent pass rate amongst pupils and more than 50 percent gained A to C grades.
Headteacher Carol Jones said: "We are feeling really proud of our students and I feel very proud of the staff as well, because they have worked very hard and the students have worked hard and I think it's a real testament to shared work in the sixth form.
