A Highgate camerawoman has narrowly avoided jail after trying to claim �154,000 in tax repayments.
Harley Phoenix, of Stanhope Road, claimed she was drunk when she submitted the false online VAT repayment form to HM Revenue and Customs last year.
The 41-year-old was handed a 10-month suspended prison sentence at Wood Green Crown Court on May 1 and ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work.
