A HIGHGATE schoolgirl is still seriously ill in hospital in Greece after contracting swine flu.
Natasha Newman, 16, was admitted to an intensive care unit in Athens last week after falling critically ill in Cephalonia.
A spokesman for Penteli Children's Hospital said her condition was "serious but stable".
The hospital spokesman said: "Her condition is the same. It has not improved or deteriorated. For the moment, we have a situation which is serious but stable."
It is not known whether she has any underlying health problems.
The teenager is a pupil at Gordonstoun public school, in Elgin, Scotland, and Greek doctors said she had contracted the illness in London but carried on with her holiday.
Her parents, Julian Newman and Nikki Boughton, are at her bedside.
