ANGRY protesters heckled minister Patricia Hewitt on a visit to Haringey this week.
The health secretary was at Wood Green library to launch a new scheme enabling residents to book outpatient hospital appointments online. Haringey is one of the first boroughs in the country to introduce the system, which will also be available at Hornsey library in Crouch End.
More than 20 people followed Ms Hewitt inside and waved placards at her. Sue Secher, from the Better Healthcare campaign, said: "What we actually need is greater resources for our frontline services instead of the cuts and creeping privatisation.
