Heath set to echo to the sound of charity runners and walkers

HAMPSTEAD Heath will be welcoming scores of charity walkers and runners over the coming weeks.
Sunday September 21 will see the Umbrella 5km and 10km fun runs, starting at 11am from the East Heath car park and taking in sights such as Kenwood House and the bathing ponds.
The annual fun run is organised in aid of Umbrella's Client Opportunities Fund which supports local people with mental health issues.
And a 10km walk in aid of children's charity Friends United Network starts from the Parliament Hill bandstand at 10.30am on Saturday October 11.
