Royal Free Hospital bosses have said a full business case report into its proposed merger with Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals will be delivered by July.
The Royal Free has put in a bid to take over Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust, which is not in a position to become a foundation trust in line with government requirements.
An outline business case will be delivered to the board in July.
