An inquest into the death of a man who drowned while on holiday in Thailand has found he died accidentally.

Max Tenenbaum, 30, of Monarch Court, in Lyttelton Road, Hampstead Garden Suburb, was holidaying with his brother on the Thai island of Koh Samui when he died on January 4.

Mr Tenenbaum, who worked as a project manager for e-commerce company Paraspar in Edgware, drowned in a rip tide in the sea by the Seascape Hotel in Koh Samui.

Last Wednesday, a coroner sitting at Hertfordshire Coroner’s Court, in Hatfield, gave a verdict of accidental death following an inquest into Mr Tenenbaum’s death.

Mr Tenenbaum was a pupil of Christ’s College Finchley secondary school and graduated from Leeds University with a degree in computing in 2007.
