A Hampstead art gallery has enjoyed its official relaunch following a thorough overhaul and change of name.
Shamineh, formerly the New End Gallery, opened to the public on November 17 with a brand new cafe to accompany the gallery space in Carnegie House, New End.
Hampstead Town councillor Linda Chung cut a ribbon to officially open the gallery at the launch earlier this month.
The re-launch was orchestrated by gallery owner Shamineh Ali Khan, 36, of Gainsborough Gardens, Hampstead, who opened New End Gallery in 2007.
Shamineh’s inaugural exhibition is a collection of paintings by Johanna Freudenberg.Visit www.shamineh.co.uk
