Two friends endured a terrifying ordeal when they were robbed at gun point in Hampstead last night (Wednesday).
At around 8.20pm a 52-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman were walking together through a car park on Haverstock Hill when the man was tapped on the shoulder.
He turned around to see a man standing behind him who pulled out a black handled hand gun and demanded he hand over his wallet.
He pointed it first at the man and then the woman.
The man handed over his wallet and the suspect ran off along Haverstock Hill and into Belsize Grove NW3.
The suspect is a black male, approximately 5ft 8ins tall aged between 30 and 40-years-old, with some facial stubble. He wore a grey hooded top with the hood up and possibly light coloured trousers.
