It was the Gunners' fifth successive win in the competition and confirmed their place in the quarter-finals.
"We have played in the Champions' League almost every year since I came. (But) for the club to reach the quarter- finals is good but not good enough for us. We want to go forward," he said.

Meanwhile, the Gunners have not gone 27 unbeaten in the league and are through to the 6th round of the FA Cup after destroying Portsmouth 5-1 at Fratton Park.
