Golders Green station was evacuated by police at around 7am this morning after a vehicle abandoned in the car park caused a security alert.
Police cordoned off the station on Finchley Road and buses were placed on diversion as a precautionary measure.
Barnet police said on twitter that the station was closed as they were “dealing with an abandoned vehicle in Golders Green Road junction with Hoop Lane” - but they have now said tests found the vehicle was “not suspicious”.
Underground services are running again and roads are reopening.
