A FIRE has broken out in a flat in West Hampstead and up to 30 firefighters are at the scene.
The blaze swept through a flat on the fifth floor of a block of flats in Kings Gardens off West End Lane.
Six fire engines and 30 officers were called to the scene at 9.50am this morning.
A spokeswoman for the London Fire Brigade said the incident is ongoing. She said that initial reports suggested no one was in when the fire broke out.
