AN APARTMENT block was left devastated after fire ripped through a three-storey house.
Sixty firefighters and 12 fire engines were called to three-storey house on Tuesday afternoon.
It took 60 firefighters nearly 12 hours to bring the blaze in Randolph Street, Maida Vale, under control.
Fire crews from Paddington, Knightsbridge and Belsize Park arrived at the house at
5.30pm on Tuesday and were there until 5am the next day.
The raging flames destroyed much of the first floor and left the other two floors badly damaged.
All residents occupying the property on Randolph Street, which has been converted to four luxury flats, were evacuated have not yet been allowed to return.
An investigation is under way, London Fire Brigade confirmed.
