It was all systems go, on Sunday when the Cressfield and Wooyard TRA & Aspire@CamdenJobtrain boutique, on Kentish Town Road, staged a spectacular fashion show for opening of the new government Natural Play Area Playground in Woodyard Close, a site that previously was a derelict and a public eyesore for several years.
As luck would have it the sun shone down, when the local models including young people from Camden Jobtrain scheme strutted the wooden pathway, in fabulous designer brands clothing and accessories to a sound track mix of Madonna, Lady Gaga and David Bowie by UK top music producer Alex Blanco.
The Cressfield and Woodyard TRA threw a post party, with a delicious barbeque, where everyone tucked in to sausage rolls, beef and veggie burgers, and celebrated the show and the new imaginative space for local children.
