The Green Party thwarted Labour’s bid to claim unanimous victory in Highgate as former London Mayoral candidate Sian Berry held onto the seat left by outgoing Green councillor Maya De Souza.
Ms Berry won 1,642 votes to finish third in the contest behind Labour’s Oliver Lewis (1,664 votes) and overall winner Sally Gimson (1,739 votes).
Labour candidate Valerie Leach, a cabinet member in the last administration, was pushed into fourth place with 1,567 votes.
