Election 2015: Follow us live as it unfolds

The polls are open and the Ham&High, the Wood&Vale and Broadway teams are here to follow the local story of the general election as it unfolds in some of the most fiercely-contested seats in the land. Find out who to follow right here.

As the votes pour in, our reporters will be out and about getting a flavour of the mood on the streets in Hampstead and Kilburn, Hornsey and Wood Green, Finchley and Golders Green, Westminster North and Holborn and St Pancras.

As the polls close and counting begins later tonight, our reporters will be updating you from the counts with all the latest news, information, observations and titbits - and of course, the results as soon as they come in.

We will have our own live news feed on the site this evening, and readers can follow us and our reporting team through the day on Twitter.

You can also follow the latest on the Twitter accounts of the Ham&High, the Ham&High Broadway and the Wood&Vale.

For both Hampstead and Kilburn and Holborn and St Pancras constituencies, follow Tim Lamden and Paul Wright.

For Hornsey and Wood Green, follow Hannah Al-Othman, for Finchley and Golders Green follow Imogen Blake, and for Westminster North, follow Hannah McGrath.

Senior reporter Emily Banks will be back in the control room with editor-in-chief Geoff Martin.
