A PANEL of top-notch politicians, a policeman and a human rights campaigner have faced their first Question Time grilling by sixth formers at Haverstock School.
Glenda Jackson MP represented Labour, London Assembly member Brian Coleman showed up for the Conservatives and Nick Russell represented the Lib Dems.
Also on the panel were Catherine Billingham, from Amnesty, and Supt Raj Kholi, from Camden police.
They faced questions from the teenagers on the handling of G20, voter apathy, the future for young people and the economy.
Head of citizenship at Haverstock Chrischar Maasdorp said: "The event was absolutely fantastic. There was a real cross section of debate and it was very pleasing to see the students really engaged with the panel.
"We are hoping to make it an annual event.
