Students at St Anthony’s School for Girls embraced new technology by building robots and rockets as part of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) week.
After investigating the forces of flight, girls at the Golders Hill school designed a model aircraft before testing their models in an air powered rocket launcher to see which design travelled the furthest.
Excitement continued through the week as the girls drew upon their problem-solving skills to build the school’s new robot, the Vex IQ Clawbot.
