A Golders Green school is celebrating after receiving an “outstanding” Ofsted report.
In its first inspection by the education regulatory body since opening as a girls school for students aged between four and 11 in September 2016, St Anthony’s School for Girls received the top grading across all areas.
Headteacher Laura Flannery said: “We are exceptionally proud to be recognised as an ‘outstanding school.
“We have worked closely with our parents, staff, governors, and sister school, St Anthony’s School for Boys, to provide a high quality education in a nurturing family community. The Ofsted framework places a significant focus on the development of individuals across the whole curriculum.
“This very much complements our ethos of facilitating the achievement of academic excellence, in a caring and highly supportive, individualistic environment.”
