Former pupils who attended a top Suburb school between five and 80 years ago returned to mark the 90th anniversary of its alumnae society.

Women reminisced about their schooldays and reconnected with lost friends at the annual reunion supper hosted by the Henrietta Barnett Alumnae Society at the Central Square all-girls school on Thursday evening.

Among the guests invited to the special 90th anniversary gathering was 87-year-old Jacqueline Morris, who left the school 80 years ago in 1945.

Other attendees were made up of former pupils who attended in years ending with a zero or five, including a group of young women who left the school only fie years ago in 2010.

All guests were given a tour of the school and a look at old uniforms before sitting down to a sumptuous dinner.
