A MASS aerobics session to get little heartbeats pumping was held in Highgate.
The workout at the Channing School was the culmination of a week-long range of activities to encourage both pupils and staff to think more about physical and mental health.
Led by teacher Pete Gittins together with the school's environment council, the programme included walking, yoga, reflexology and tai chi.
Headmistress Barbara Elliott said: "I firmly believe in mens sana in corpore sano. A more holistic approach to well-being is very much in tune with our philosophy.
