A man has escaped with minor injuries after his motorbike smashed into a busy bus stop outside Chalk Farm tube station.
Paramedics, police and the fire brigade were called just after 7pm yesterday to reports of a road traffic collision in Adelaide Road.
Amazingly, no pedestrians were said to be injured in the crash.
The driver was taken to the Royal Free hospital and treated for a leg injury, said by the London Ambulance Service to be “minor”.
