Developers are planning to appeal Haringey Council’s decision to refuse a housing scheme on the site of a former garden centre in Highgate village.
Controversial plans for three large detached family houses on the prized Highgate Bowl site were refused last December.
Planning consultants Michael Burroughs Associates will lodge an appeal with the planning inspectorate.
