Police hunt flasher who targeted victim in Belsize Park

Police have appealed for witnesses after a man exposed himself to a woman in broad daylight in Belsize Park.
The man, described as white and in his early 40s, approached the victim in Aspern Grove between 1pm and 2:30pm on April 14.
He flashed at the woman and propositioned her before going behind a fence.
A police spokesman said: “The man is described as of slim build with short, black hair wearing black shorts and a black vest.”
