This was the aftermath of a crash in Highgate Hill, close to where a Mercedes was found abandoned.
The crash happened at around 3.15am today.
A Met Police statement said: “Officers found a traffic light lying on the ground having come free from its concrete base and debris.
“Nearby the scene a Mercedes was found abandoned.
“Enquiries are underway to trace the registered keeper of the vehicle.”
No arrests have been made.
