A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a patient at Whittington Hospital in Archway.
The 42-year-old presented himself to a north London police station yesterday. He remains in custody.
Alexander Stewart, of Henfield Close, Archway died from chest injuries on Wednesday, two days after he was admitted with a fractured sternum and septicaemia.
Police believe the 49-year-old sustained his injuries during a fight sometime between December 6 and 11.
