Police raid Barfly gig after alleged brawl between West Ham and Millwall fans

Police were forced to shut down a concert at one of Camden Town’s best known bars last night following a brawl on the dancefloor allegedly involving rival football fans from West Ham and Millwall.

Officers attended Barfly, in Chalk Farm Road, around 9.55pm after reports of a disturbance between two groups and cleared the venue of music fans watching cult band Kid British.

Six men were arrested on suspicion of public order offences and being drunk and disorderly.

They are in custody at various police stations.
