Police are concerned for the welfare of a man who attended the Whittington Hospital last month.
The patient, described as white, aged about 30, bearded and wearing a dark top, beige trousers and glasses, attended the hospital on the evening of Friday March 21 and left an hour and forty minutes later.
There are concerns for his welfare and despite extensive efforts, officers have exhausted their lines of enquiry.
PC Nick Brookes, from Islington Police’s missing persons unit, said: “We are keen to trace this man as we are concerned for his welfare and I would ask him to contact the police or visit the hospital so that we know he is okay.”
Anyone with any information as to the identity of this male or his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101, or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
