Fugitive on the run
Police in Camden have appealed for information about a man on the run from the law.
Mounir Krecht, 36, has been recalled to prison by the Home Office and is now wanted by police.
Krecht, who is homeless, is of Middle Eastern appearance, 5ft 11ins and of medium build.
Investigating officer PC Mark Garner, of Camden’s Dedicated Warrants Team, said: “Krecht was last seen at the end of August 2008 in West Hampstead and despite extensive enquiries, we have been unable to locate him since. He has links to Cricklewood Broadway and if not abroad, may be in the north London area.
“We would ask anyone with information as to his whereabouts to please get in touch.”
