A 14-year-old boy has been charged with robbing seven people in an hour while riding around Hornsey, Crouch End and Muswell Hill on the back of a moped.
The youngster, from Tottenham, appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Saturday charged with seven counts of robbery.
The spree took place between 1.15pm and 2.15pm on Thursday. The teen was arrested in Middlane Lane, Crouch End, at about 2.20pm.
Nine of the 13 phones recovered have been identified and already returned to their owners.
