Barnet police are appealing for victims of sexual assault in East Finchley and Fortis Green to come forward.
This comes after detectives charged a man over an incident on the corner of the High Road and Creighton Avenue which saw a woman followed and grabbed from behind on August 24.
Police believe the man charged was behind a series of further assaults between May and August this year.
DC Jackie McKenzie-Bell, the investigating officer, said: “I would urge any victims who have not yet reported any incidents to please speak to police.
“I also want to hear from anyone who witnessed incidents in which a man appeared to assault a woman by grabbing her in this way.”
Anyone with information or anyone who has been a victim is asked to call Barnet CID on 020 8733 4125. Witnesses can remain anonymous by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
