Police officers flexed their muscles this morning after a car got stuck in Golders Green.

A team pushed the automatic, which was stuck in ‘park’ to safety at the junction in Finchley Road.

PC Chris Robinson told the Ham&High: “We went along and found it was an automatic which was stuck in park.

“A traffic unit was passing by, and we pushed it across the junction.”

PC Robinson said traffic was being forced to converge into a single lane after the car broke down at around 11am.
