Police have launched a hunt for Camden's most wanted man after a spate of unprovoked knife attacks left two victims with life-changing injuries.
Three suspects have been arrested and charged following the stabbings in Kilburn, but officers are now combing the borough to speak to a fourth man in connection with the attacks.
A 24-year-old was slashed across the face in a random stabbing in Kilburn High Road at 11.50pm on April 11 and a 31-year-old shop worker was knifed at 1.25am on April 12. The weapon has not been recovered.
Both were rushed to hospital with facial injuries and could have to undergo plastic surgery to fully recover.
Det Chf Supt Raffaele D’Orsi said: “These are life-changing injuries in two completely unprovoked attacks and unnecessary violence. It is absolutely despicable.”
Officers have raided addresses in Muswell Hill, St John’s Wood, Archway, Lisson Grove and Kensal Town in a bid to locate 26-year-old Dean Hughes.
Lauren McTaggart, 22 of Hillside Avenue in Borehamwood, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and affray.
Nicola Kutsaringus, 27, of Lemsford Court in Borehamwood, is facing a charge of affray.
They are set to reappear in court in July.
A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of greivous bodily harm last Wednesday (April 25) and has been bailed to return to a police station later this month.
