A man has been charged with growing cannabis from a house in a quiet, leafy road in Muswell Hill.

Anthony Hickey, 24, of Celadon Close, Enfield, appeared at Highgate Magistrates Court last Monday (October 31).

He was arrested after officers swooped on the home in Osier Crescent in July.

Hickey has been charged with being concerned in the production of a controlled Class B drug. He pleaded not guilty to the charge.

He was remanded in custody until December 12.
