A 23-year-old man is behind bars charged with the murder of a man found collapsed in a Camden street.

Mahad Abdi Abshir, 28, was found lying on the pavement in Castlehaven Road, near to the busy centre of Camden Town, in the early hours on Saturday May 2,

He was taken to hospital by ambulance but died two days later.

On Saturday detectives investigating his death arrested 23-year-old Mustafa Abdulla at a house in Leicester.

Abdulla has been remanded in custody to appear before Hendon Magistrates tomorrow (Monday) charged with murder.
