THE Liberal Democrats have returned their first three councillors in West Hampstead.
Cllrs Keith Moffitt and John Bryant have been re-elected and Gillian Risso-Gill has won the third seat in place of Cllr Duncan Greenland who stood down before the election.
The Conservatives have also retained their three seats in Swiss Cottage and Labour has kept three councillors in St Pancras and Somers Town.
Veteran Labour councillor Roger Robinson scored a massive victory with more than 2,700 votes and is joined by Peter Brayshaw and Samata Khatoon who is the first Bangladeshi woman to be elected to Camden Council.
Cllr Brayshaw said: "I am really pleased. It is a huge number of votes as well which is great for democracy.
"Samata is the first Bangladeshi woman to be elected on the council which is great and Regent's Park Tulip Siddiq is expected very soon to be the second.
