Music, flamenco dancing, cava and a selection of Spanish finger food created a lively, Iberian-themed evening for residents in Hampstead Community Centre last Thursday.
The owners of Montadito, which sells Spanish delicacies, hoped to raise awareness of the quality of produce sold in the community centre’s Saturday food market.
Business partners and friends Victoria Skyftou, 40, and Eva Fuertes, 42, both of Belsize Park, work with a small number of family farms and producers in Spain.
They sell artisan charcuterie and cheese – including award-winning Madurat de Cabra and San Simon da Costa – alongside their “famous” seafood paella.
