A busy main road in Highgate was closed for two hours during rush hour this morning after a car and a motorbike collided.
A man in his 20s suffered back pain and was taken by ambulance to the Whittington Hospital in Magdala Avenue, Archway, following the collision at 7.15am in Archway Road, outside Highgate Underground Station.
The road was closed until 9.15am in both directions, with tailbacks reaching Bakers Lane in the north and the Archway one-way system in the south.
The crash took place less than two weeks after a car flipped at the notorious Archway Road junction with Southwood Lane on January 10.
