Tory leader of the opposition Piers Wauchope flanked by councillors and candidates launched the party's local election manifesto, Liveable Camden, at its South End Green headquarters on Monday.
The Tories have pledged a two-year council tax freeze, resident-friendly parking policies, increased use of CCTV and anti-social behaviour orders (Asbos), and an investigation into the Swiss Cottage redevelopment.
