Two brothers from Kentish Town have been charged with the murder of a football fan in a Camden Town bar at the weekend.
Liverpool FC supporter Alex Jarmay, described by neighbours as a “lovely young man”, was stabbed in the chest and neck at Bar Uno in Inverness Street just before midnight on Saturday (February 25).
The former grammar school boy from Merseyside fell into the street where he bled to death despite the efforts of paramedics and a doctor to save him.
Brothers Damian and Paul Beck, aged 23 and 28, who live in Spring Place, Kentish Town, have been charged with the murder of Mr Jarmay and are due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court tomorrow (Wednesday, February 29).
A 17-year-old boy and a 25-year-old man arrested in connection with the case have been bailed to return in April pending further police enquiries.
