Amaury Bischoff scored his first goal for Arsenal reserves as they beat Fulham 2-0 at Underhill on Monday night.
The Portugal U21 midfielder gave the Gunners' second string a 39th minute lead with a 25-yard drive before Rui Fonte doubled the lead on 56 minutes with his third goal of the season - but manager Neil Banfield was far from impressed with his side's overall display.
"We could pass the ball better - we looked sloppy and lethargic in the first half and that was not acceptable," moaned Banfield.
"In the first half we did not look like we wanted to pass the ball. I would like to remember when we put three or four passes together and really opened Fulham up... it's all about developing the players to pass and play and it didn't look like we wanted to.
