SCOOTER muggers, who have carried out frightening attacks in Belsize, may have struck again, this time in Hampstead.
On Saturday afternoon a woman was walking along Redington Road, when a man riding a scooter screeched to a halt in front of her.
The lone rider grabbed her watch, believed to be a Rolex, and tried to pull it from her wrist but she resisted and became involved in a struggle, desperately not trying to give it up.
But the robber over-powered the frightened woman and sped off with the Rolex.

The attack has echoes of the four muggings which were carried out against Belsize residents in matter of days during May.
On each of those occasions a pair of scooter riders targeted residents on their way home late at night. The attacks were often violent and left the victims both bruised and shaken.
