BARNET'S labour party has put forward plans to combat anti-social behaviour in the borough.
The Respect for Barnet campaign is being launched on April 11 based on a campaign underway in Nottingham.
It encourages resident volunteers, police and the council to work together and will lead to more Anti-social behaviour orders (Asbos), a 24hour service to tackle noisy neighbours and a push to stop graffiti.
Local youngsters will also be involved in designing their own youth centres.
