WAC Performing Arts and Media College in Belsize Park has struck gold for the quality of its youth services.
The college, based at Hampstead Town Hall in Haverstock Hill, achieved the highest gold award in the London Youth Quality Mark scheme, and was rewarded with a cheque for £10,000.
WAC director Celia Greenwood said: "Obtaining the Quality Mark is a wonderful achievement for all our staff.
"It recognises the high level of quality service that WAC provides to young people.
"Our priority is to ensure that low income and disadvantaged young people can take part in the performing arts at all levels."
The project, run by London Youth, is sponsored by the Jack Petchey Foundation and The Mercers' Company.
