Arsenal's home game with Nottingham Forest was postponed as the worst winter for 27 years struck.
"The pitch is playable, but the support services cannot cope," said Arsenal secretary Ken Friar.
"We cannot sit people in seats because of a foot of snow, all the toilets are frozen, and even the salt has frozen. There are no staff here because they cannot get to the ground."
Meanwhile, Tony Adams - serving a four month prison sentence for drink-driving - received a 1,000 fine from the FA after flicking a V-sign at QPR fans in November.
