Arsenal Ladies won their 50th successive league game - and then discovered they will make their Emirates debut later this month.
Jayne Ludlow's 10th minute goal put them in the driving seat in their home game with Birmingham on Sunday before Lianne Sanderson netted in the 82nd and 89th minutes to seal a 3-0 win.
They remain top of the Premier League 16 points clear of second-placed Bristol Academy, who have also played a game more.
The Gunners will take on their Chelsea counterparts on Thursday April 24 at the new stadium as reward for their efforts.
