Faye White levelled after 56 minutes and Academy crumbled as Scotland skipper Julie Fleeting notched a hat-trick with goals after 62, 69 and 77 minutes to spare Arsenal's blushes.
Vic Akers' side faces its toughest test of the season on Sunday when they travel to Chelsea in the League Cup semi-final.
